Marina Sail and Style – Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the trip date:

    75% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before:

    No refund will be issued.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

    Full payment will be forfeited.

  • Bad weather or unsafe sea conditions:

    Trip will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refund will be issued unless rescheduling is not possible.

 

 

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible.

Marina Sail and Style – Terms & Conditions

 

By booking a yacht tour with Marina Sail and Style, you agree to the following terms:

 

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the yacht trip begins.

  • All bookings are made via WhatsApp and are subject to availability.

  • Guests must arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Alcohol, smoking, or inappropriate behavior onboard is subject to local laws and may lead to termination of the trip without refund.

 

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
